Clicking sound

After running for a while the filter starts making a clicking sound and loses power. the rilter ia a filstar xp1
A: Most likely you are not getting enough water into the rotor-impeller and what you are hearing is the rotor-impeller scraping against the rotor well. If the pump does not have enough water you will also lose power. This issue is covered in many Q&A's already posted. Please read through those and if you need further assistance contact us again.
