Dusk on water surface not being removed?

Hi,

I just purchase a new Rena XP3 for my new tank setup. It's been over 10 days and there is alot of dusk particles on the water surface? Why isn't the filter removing the dusk particles. My 2 current tanks which both use a Power filter does not have this issue. Please kindly help with a solution to this.
A: For questions related to new filters you need to contact the manufacturer, Mars Fishcare the store where you purchased the filter for help with this.
