Hi, I have been given the above filter - essentially I have the filter and one foam insert, along with a short length of tube. I have no idea how to correctly install this - I have had it in the water and running but the water is now very cloudy and I am not sure whether the inlet at the top should be above or below the water line ?

Can you advise on what parts I need and how to install it please ?
