I have a Rena xp2 leaking from the power cord.

I have found this question several times on the site but the answer is always "this has been covered in Q&A", so I really haven't received an answer. I need to know what to replace to stop the leaking from the power cord and if possible the part number of the part. Any help would be great, thanks.
A: You have either a defective quick-disconnect or air leaking around the orings. To test the quick disconnect, lift the handle and remove the quick-disconnect and the water should stay trapped in the tube. If water continues to run out then you have a defective quick-disconnect. To find out more about the quick-disconnect view the videos on the site.
Here are some links to those sections that contain information about startup problems and general performance.

You will need to scroll down the page to find them but there are at least 4 or 5 questions and troubleshooting guides on this subject on either page. You may have to go throught more than 4 or 5 to find the orginal answer.
