I need help geting mine to work

I moved and now one of my filters wont work. I have tried everything I can think o0f to make it work. I cannt get it to work. Sometimes I can get it to spit out some but thats it. What do I do? A: The first thing you need to do is read over the troubleshooting information at the manufacturer's web site. I also recommend viewing their video.
