Is it possible to repair the tank body on the XP3

by johnnie green
(el paso tx)

Recently I was looking behind my tank (225 gls) and I saw water squirting from the body of the Xp3. The hole is on the seam in the right front, There is about a 3 inch stress mark where its leaking. Can it be repaired?

A: You could repair it with expoxy but it is not easy and there is no guarantee it will stay fixed. You could also have another crack in another location in the near future. You don't say how old the unit is, but if it is more than 4-5 years old, you are much better off getting a new canister. Canisters can be found here.
