Leaking around the power cord

I have an xp2 on my turtle tank and when I set it up I noticed that there is a significant drip coming from the power cord. Is this a normal problem with an easy fix? A: This normally indicates the unit is leaking around the Quick Disconnect although there can be other causes. Please look at both the videos and other Q&A's already posted regarding this situation for more information. |
