Low Flow Rate

by Julie
(upstate, SC)

I have watched the video & followed the priming instructions to the letter. The filter sometimes starts off with decent flow rate but within a day, it has slows to the point that it's barely moving. This filter is less than 2 wks old. Is this unit defective?
A: Please contact the manufacturer, Mars Fishcare if you think your filter is defective.
