My rena xp2 has stopped working is there anything i can do to fix it?

i have un plugged it and washed it out and done just about everything i have thought of.

A: The first thing you need to do is read over the troubleshooting information at the manufacturer's web site. I also recommend viewing their video. If you still can't figure out what is wrong then contact us again.
