My Rena xP3 is leaking,

I tried to do a filter change, now it will not stop leaking. It seems like it will not seal.
A: Please take a look at the the Q&A's already listed for this question. Also review the videos posted on the PlanetRena site in regards to the seals and O-rings. If you can't figure out what is happening after doing this contact us again.
