Questions about My Rena XP4 filter

I have been running my XP4 for about 6 months in my 180gal. tank with no problems untill about 2 months ago. It is no longer filtering like it did when I first pulled it out of the box despite cleaning all the media, screens, cansiter, impeller, as well as the tubeing. What else can I do to try and get the performance back to what it use to be? Also the water flow has decressed by at least half. What is going on there? I was very happy with this filter up untill recently. Please help. Thank you

A:The best place to get answers to this type question is from the company/dealer where you purchased the item since they are more familiar with your setup. As an alternative you can contact the manufacturer. In the US that is Mars Fishcare (formerly Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.)
