it has air bubles so it isnt working correctly how do you bleed the system out?

A: I urge you to view the video at Mars Fishcare for the proper setup up of your filter and how to prevent air from getting into the system. If you already have air you have a leak somewhere on the intake side of the filter. Unless you fix this leak you will always have air problems. I have also posted some useful links for the FAQ Section and many of the posts their cover bubbles leaking into the system.
