Rena Filstar XP3 will not pump

no water coming out of the outlet pipe happened before cleaned the system but had a hell of a time getting it to prime now no water again???

A: This is generally of symptom of poor priming or flow through the system. The number one cause of this is improper restart (usually putting water in the canister).There have been a number of Q&A's already posted on this subject. Here are some links to those sections:
