Rena XP 3

Brand new Rena XP. Set it up and the spray bar makes a howling ungodly noise when it is under the water. When I lift it out of the water, the noise goes away. How can I fix this.

If your product is brand new and under warranty the best place to get answers to this type question is from the company/dealer where you purchased the item since they are more familiar with your setup. As an alternative you can contact the manufacturer. In the US that is Mars Fishcare (formerly Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.)
