Rena XP3 and XP4 has slow output after a few days

by Tom
(Los Angeles, Cal)

have 100 gallon tank with an xp3 and xp4 and both are doing the same thing. system will prime and start and run fine after and cleaning however after. a few days then low or not output. have 8 koi fish biggist is 4 inches in length. the xp3 is less then a year old and the xp4 is less then a month old

A: The fact that they both do the same thing makes me guess that either they are setup incorrectly or they are not restarted properly after cleaning. Please read through the other FAQ's related to performance or contact the manufacturer directly
