Water is leaking at a rate of a drop every few seconds from the hole where the plug in wire goes into the blue top section of the filter!

Water is leaking at a rate of a drop every few seconds from the hole where the plug in wire goes into the blue top section of the filter! I've had this filter less than 18 months! What should I do to stop the leak?

A: You either have a leak around your quick-disconnect or the quick-disconnect is not fully seated into the top of the motor. You can try raising up the handle and then pushing firmly down on the QD to seat it better into the top of the filter. Then lock the handle down. This will sometimes stop the leak. If you think something is defective then contact the manufacurer, Mars Fishcare, directly.
