Where in Australia can I buy replacement parts.

I have enjoyed 7 years of trouble free filtering from my XP3 and cannot comprehend throwing it away because I cant find replacement parts. I had this issue with a Resun filter, couldnt find parts and was forced to replace it with an Eheim 2217. Surely Rena has a spare parts outlet in Australia. I need a gasket kit and quick disconnect unit.

I have tried this and apart from Mars not responding to any emails, all major aquarium product importers have assured me that no one in Australia stocks replacement parts for Rena XP filters.
A: Sorry to hear that. You can buy parts from our web site unless you need electrical products. We only stock 115v motors and rotor/impellers.
