xp3 filter

cannot get a good flow on my xp3, have changed media and checked pipes. When I first used it it was good, bubbles on the outlet all the way down the spraybar. Now I only have bubbles on the top 3 holes in the spraybar and the suction is poor on the intake side.
Pump is quiet .
