XP4 leaking through the power cord

My XP4 is only 3 months old and it is now leaking from the housing (where the power cord comes out). Looking for advice on how to fix this problem. A: Since your product is so new the best place to get answers to this type question is from the company/dealer where you purchased the item since they are more familiar with your setup.
